I am a mentor to new graduate RN's in the Stress Outlet and Resolution (SOAR) program in NICU where I work. This important program is designed to assist new nurses entering into rural practice. I love my connection with them. Additionally, I have served on my Unit Based Council. Being active and effecting change in the work place is very rewarding. We can make a difference.
